Return and exchange policy


Please double check the product options, colors, sizes, and quantities before the purchase.

When you purchase and make a payment, it means you've agreed to the GearX refund policy.


* You should contact and let us know in 7 days from the date you receive your order for any return and exchange.

* You can request for the exchange or the refund for the defective products within 90 days of receipt

    of shipment or within 30 days of the defection was found.

* Items without tags, original boxes and bags cannot be exchanged or returned.


Return and exchange procedure


01 The exchange or return requisitions are ONLY available by e-mail or on our personal inquiry board.

   * Please leave your order number, name, contact info(e-mail), date of purchase,

     and the reason for exchange/refund.

* Please attach the photo of the defected part of the product when requesting exchange/refund due

     to the faulty product.

02 Please pack the exchanging/returning product properly so it wouldn't be damaged.


03 Please put your purchasing information into the box with the product.

Purchasing information must include-site you purchased, order number, buyer's name & ID, contact info(e-mail), date of purchase, and the reason for exchange/refund


04 The exchanging/returning products should be sent by EMS.

* When the exchanging/returning was caused by customer's changing mind,

     customer should bear the shipping charges.

* If additional expense occurs for exchange/refund, you will be informed when requesting it

     by the competent of GearX

* In the case of exchanging/refunding faulty products, the expense you paid

     for shipping can be substituted to GearX's products or GearX points which can be used as cash

     in GearX homepage.

Important Note


01 The case of the product is also a part of the product. The cases used as parcel package with delivery invoice attached on it cannot be exchanged or refunded.


02 Products with tags that are torn out or damaged are also considered as used products.
